How it works

Live in five minutes.

Sign up, add the links you already use, and share one address. There’s nothing to install.

  1. 01

Use your department email. Most departments are approved right away.

  2. 02

    Add your links

Paste the addresses you already use. We recognize TeleStaff, Kronos, Vector Solutions, Outlook and more.

  3. 03

    Share one address

Put yourdept.pd.bingo on the briefing-room whiteboard. Change a link once and every officer has it.

A patrol car’s light bar glowing blue on a city street at night

Made for the officers on patrol.

No more digging through old emails for the right TeleStaff link before roll call. One page, on every phone, always up to date.

Why it’s safe

Built so it can’t be used to phish your officers.

With an ordinary link page, one stolen password is enough to point your TeleStaff link at a fake sign-in page. With PD.Bingo, that link can only ever open TeleStaff.

TeleStaff

Someone tries to change where it goes…

  • bit.ly/ts-roster

A shortened link: you can’t see where it really goes.

    Refused
  • telestaff-signin.com

Looks right, but it isn’t the vendor’s site.

    Refused
  • cedarvalley-tsc.prd.mykronos.com

The vendor’s real site. This is the only kind of address the link can open.

    Allowed
Not even someone with your password can point it anywhere else.
  • Links can only point to the vendor’s real site.

Shortened and look-alike links are refused, and each link is rebuilt on the vendor’s real site every time someone taps it.

  • Sign-in needs more than a password.

Everyone who edits your page signs in with a passkey or a one-time code.

  • Every change is recorded.

See who changed what, and when. On Pro, we email you whenever a link changes.

  • Hosted in the United States.

We don’t set cookies or tracking on your page, or follow the people who visit it.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Something else? Send us a message and a person will answer.

How is PD.Bingo different from Linktree?

On most link pages, anyone with the password can point a link anywhere. On PD.Bingo, links to TeleStaff, Kronos, Vector Solutions and Microsoft 365 are built only on each vendor’s real site, so a stolen password can’t turn your page into a phishing trap.

Do officers need an account?

No. Your page opens on any phone, with no sign-in and nothing to install, and they can add it to their home screen like an app. Only the people who edit links sign in.

Who can sign up?

Police departments, sheriff’s offices and other law-enforcement agencies. Sign up with your department email: most departments are approved right away, and anyone else is checked by a person, usually within one business day.

Who keeps the page up to date?

Whoever you choose, often a sergeant, a lieutenant or the training coordinator. Free includes 1 user, Plus 10 and Pro 50. Setting up takes about five minutes, and a change reaches everyone as soon as it’s saved.

What if a vendor changes its web address?

There’s nothing for you to do. PD.Bingo doesn’t store an address for TeleStaff and the other protected vendors: it builds each link on the vendor’s real site when someone taps it. When a vendor moves, we update it once and every page follows. On Plus and Pro, we also email you if a link stops working.

Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?

Yes. Send us a message from our contact page and we’ll send a yearly invoice; card payments are handled by Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your billing page and nothing is deleted. You keep your plan until the end of the year you paid for.
